Yes, the French seem to know how to enjoy food. I wonder if the gluten panic has taken root there, too?

Thank you. I eat most whole grain breads and complex (slow) carbs, but ahhhh, a baguette slathered with butter or topped with cheese! Have you tried the German rye at Rise Up in Barre?

Bread IS very wonderful , the creation of that delicious fungus, yeast! Why is that flavor so divine?? Also, I love "bite into the archives"!
