Eloquent faces
Although we never exchanged a word, there was something so generous and open in these faces.
The woman is a subway booth attendant at W4th St. in the last days when the booths will actually be staffed.
I saw this teen hanging out at a McDonalds, and the surprise of his his smile warmed the rain-drenched day.
They look so relaxed, especially the token booth woman.

Just read a piece on "loose ties" among humans, which definitely would include these smiles. The more loose ties you have, the happier you are (research shows...). This is a "loose tie" two times removed but still happiness-making
