Hoods in the hood / and one in DC

Along with hundred more, she is protesting the failure to repair the town’s only post office or to replace it. The PO building has been shuttered since July flooding washed through town, making Montpelier the only state capital without a McDonalds :-) but also lacking any functioning post office :-(

The buck stops at Trump-appointed US Postmaster General Louis DeJoy, a bureaucratic hoodlum with millions of dollars in potential conflicts of interest and links to efforts to privatize the USPO and sabotage its ability to function efficiently. DeJoy’s undermining of the constitutionally mandated national postal system has dire implications given the role of mail-in ballots in assuring accessible voting for all eligible citizens.
