THE KITTEN: Always amusing, the playfulness of cats is, of course, practice for killing mice (good), birds (bad).
THE GROUNDHOGS: They were eating my garden, down to the nubbins. So I set a hav-a-hart trap, and not a day had passed before I had captured two groundhogs. But just outside the cage, a much larger rodent was wailing mournfully. Clearly, the two groundhogs in the trap were her babies. So what else, I freed them. Score one for the groundhogs and zero for the gardener.

Score ten points for kindness🦫
I understand! When the cats catch a mouse I try to save it and then i have to set live traps for the mice and release them at the town park 😁
