I don't know what to be more impressed about: the amazing bounty at the VT farmer's market or all those lemons. Nice to see as I forgot to cover the plants beside my porch and now have shrunken stalks instead of beauty.
These amazing pics bring up so much reflection for me ,on our Mama Earth and those who care for her and know how to feed us all and protect what is really important in life. There is so much virility and strength in the first one and wisdom in the presence of the second. Wow, pictures really do say so much more than words! ❤️Celina
Thank you Celina. Seems like today is the first day wintery weather, a real frost, a deer poking around for the last apple falls. But I read that the temps will be back to 70 soon. Glad to ponder the weather rollercoaster rather than the presidential POLLercoaster. Thnks for commenting.
Yes, I covered the last of the basil with a bath towel and it survived. But do you remember--that THAT long ago--when the first frost was usually by Labor day. Now it is a month, or in this case, a month and a half later.

Wow! Never saw so many radishes and lemons in my life! Amazing stuff!
Good farmers, eh!

This was a good one to get just as the growing season is done - first frost last night...

Yes, I was thinking the same thing this morning...
