The goddess of fire offers a renewal of sorts but at a tragic cost. Flora and fauna will return but at such an avoidable cost.

Thank you. It really seems to have come home to roost--all our profligacy and self indulgence, but far worse the greedy, unregulated corporate criminals and the politicians who profit from them.

Fascinated by the golden glass threads. Do they support regrowth of plants? Can't bear to think about what has been lost.
