I store, sort and process the photos with Lightroom and then do pixel-level processing [if any] on Photoshop, where the actual assembly takes place. As may be imagined, it is a combination of "art" and guesswork to make the quilts aesthetically coherent and quite a lot of technical fiddling and splicing to make it all fit.
Thanks. The koi were in my pond. I still have many rather dull brown touched with gold ones, but the really beautiful big ones are gone--heron? bear? other?
Beautiful, interesting how you put these together.
It's both technically and aesthetically challenging--which is what makes it fun.
Once again, very cool!
Remarkable actually. Thanks for creating them and posting them for us.
And, of course, I love your Koi!!!
Thank you. did the beautiful ones survive?
You certainly have the talent.
Thanks Jonny
Hereditary?
You are such an artist! I'm so happy I've been lucky to know you!
Back at you Edie. Thanks.
Jeez is there no end to your talents?! I’m beginning to feel inadequate. Gorgeous, Terry, just gorgeous.
Oh there is definitely an end, a very precipitous end! But thanks and so glad you like these.
Very skillful photo splicing. May I ask what software you used?

Thanks. They were fun, if infinitely fiddly to make
