Amazing to see those long strings. And to see them being made by human beings instead of machines extruding them. I'd love to visualize how my Barilla thin spaghetti is made...

it was fascinating to see in a basement in Flushing. What craft and skill. my fav is hand pulled spicy noodles with lamb. Really really killer spicy.
