Yes. Mostly, people dont mind or are oblivious to my taking photos. And so much of life is lived in public.

There is always something crazy happening on the street. Everything is moving very fast. There are people from everywhere in the world with different styles and cultures!

IT’s endless and absolutely wonderful. Definitely a place to express yourself. The worst thing I ever saw on the subway or anywhere else was woman with a swastick tattooed on her arm.

The endless wonderful, beautiful, horrible, crazy human parade. Especially the ethnic variety. That feeling of oh goody What Next! I must need a visit to NYC.. It has been a really long time

I met a small group of folks in a Brooklyn shop a while back. Something a little unusual about them. Foreigners? Not by the accents. Then I realize they're wearing red-black plaid - Vermonters!

or possibly flatlander faux vermonter wannabes. HA!

Then again, here in Vt and probably around much of the world, boy teens wear their jeans halfway down their butts, girls show us their lower bottoms out of their short shorts and bare their bellies and most of their boobs…don’t they get cold?!🤪. I guess I’m just old!!!

It is wonderful for street photography, both because of the variety of shots and that people rarely object to being photographed or are too busy to notice.

I'd certainly hope so, since they did move around. :)

Perhaps he'd be shamed for the fur?

Well, when I was in NYC a week ago, everyone on the subway was wearing sneakers, except for maybe one or two on a crowded subway car.
